Copy -
1. Put your cursor at the top left corner of the form.
2. Hold down the left mouse button.
3. Drag the cursor to the bottom right corner of the form.
4. Release the left mouse button.
5. Press the right mouse button.
6. Click on "Copy".

 Paste -
1. Call up an Email form
2. Put your cursor in the body of the form.
3. Press the right mouse button.
4. Select "Paste".
5. Fill in as much as you need.
6. Send the email.
