Dear John,

I have tried unsuccessfully to trace our Marshall line further back 
than 
1755.  These are the records I have now.

Jacob Marshall, b. 1755 in Natick, Mass. m. Mary Morse in May 1775.  He 
served in the Revolution.

Peletiah Marshall, b. 1782 in Natick, Mass. m. Martha Skillings in 1803

Hammond Marshall, b. 1814 in Hollis, Maine, PA. m. Mary Maddox 1834

Charles Kemble Marshall, b. 1836 in Pittsburgh, Pa, m. Minerva 
Blaisdell in 
Ohio 1861

Kate Frazier Marshall, b. 1867 Shelbyville, Ky. m. Jacob Collins 1885
