The Marshall Records

W E L C O M E . . .

To our genealogical Record Files.

Accessing information is relatively easy. All you need is a number and a letter.
The Number = The person's ID number. (Who...)
The Letter = One of the following twelve Records. (...did what)
"Who - did what".

For example: Thomas Marshall's ID number is 0218 and F is the code for
a Family Sheet or Genealogical Summary, therefore 0218-F gives you a brief sketch of the life of his family.

Want to see if Grandpa's will is here? Enter his ID number (which you can get from the "Outline")
then add a dash and the letter "W" for a Will. Not here? How about supplying it?

Anything is easy to find here because everything here follows the same pattern: ID number - Record code.
General Records often have the ID number 0000.

The Family Group (F) is usually the first added and it lists what else is available for that person.
If you have anything you could share, it would be much appreciated. We could link to it, you don't have to give it up.

Fragile papers can be preserved in plastic "page-savers".
Small labels help if you don't want to write on your Records, photos, etc.
